About Inspired Movement
At Inspired Movement, I am passionate about helping others achieve their full movement potential through Pilates in Philadelphia. I am constantly inspired by the human body—its complexity and ability to respond positively to a consistent, balanced, and personalized fitness program.

All sessions are 50 minutes. Please wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing. Grippy footies are encouraged for cleanliness and stability on the equipment.
