Adrin Eline, owner instructor, finds inspiration in the human body. In particular, its complexity and its positive response to a consistent, balanced, and personalized fitness regimen.
Her clients’ strengths and weaknesses are addressed primarily through the Pilates Method and also through targeted stretches, Muscle Release Therapy through ball work, and Trigger Point Massage as needed. This multi disciplinary approach offers a unique blend of care that results in happy, healthy and fit clients. Best option for pilates class near me.
Pilates is the foundation of Adrin’s body work. It focuses on the core, is both low-impact and safe, and creates a strong, flexible, balanced body. The work is primarily done to the Pilates apparatus through a huge variety of exercises. These exercises address all major muscle groups. Clients also get the added benefit of Adrin’s recent certification in the Megaformer method, where super slow repetitions for at least one minute, add another option to muscle conditioning.
Yoga poses and stretches compliment the Pilates sessions exercises. Additionally, they add variety and challenge to the workouts.
Myofascial Ball Rolling releases chronic and acute muscles tension. This tension often causes pain in other areas of the body. You literally roll your muscles out like dough on a 6″ ball to soften the fascia around the muscles. This release lengthens muscles and increases flexibility, thereby reducing pain.
Trigger Point Therapy is a hands on way to release a troublesome spot. We perform this before we move into the exercises so that your body is more balanced before we begin.
